Cattaraugus County Conservative Chair Endorses Tom Reed; Chairman Caros Lauds Reed’s “Strong Moral Character”

Tom Reed announced today that Leonard Caros, Chairman of the Cattaraugus County Conservative
Party has endorsed Reed’s candidacy for the vacant 29th Congressional District seat. Chairman Caros
noted that it will be, “refreshing to have someone with Tom Reed’s strong moral character representing
us in Washington.”

“Tom embraces the conservative values of family, smaller government and tax cuts which are lacking in
our nation today,” Chairman Caros said in the endorsement. “The fact that Tom is a self-made
successful businessman assures me that he will work hard to help small business. He understands how
important small businesses are to Western New York and our country.”

Reed expressed appreciation for Chairman Caros’ confidence. “The Cattaraugus Conservatives have
always been a key component to any victorious campaign,” Reed observed. “To have Len Caros stand
with us in the fight to bring some restraint and common sense to Washington means a great deal and is a
critical addition to the Republican and Conservative support we have across the 29th District.”

“From Perrysburg to Portville, Yorkshire to Randolph, we will be very active getting our message of
limiting government out to every voter,” Reed said. “Chairman Caros’ support helps very much.”

The Monroe County Conservative Party and Chemung County Conservative Party have also endorsed
Reed.
