Reed Attains Top Level of “Young Gun” Program

Tom Reed has been elevated to full Young Gun status by the National Republican Congressional Committee. In
reaching the highest level, Reed becomes one of just 39 out of more than 400 Republicans running for Congress who
has attained full Young Gun status. The Young Guns program identifies up-and-coming Republican Party leaders.

“This is a testament to the grassroots support our campaign has grown,” Reed said. “We have more than 1500
people from all walks of life and all corners of the 29th Congressional District who have joined with us to declare an
end to the power grab going on in Washington. It’s the work of so many volunteers on our team that brought our
effort to this point. It’s exciting to see their work being recognized this way.”

“Our message of stopping the borrowing and spending madness is resonating in Western New York and we vow to
take that message to Washington,” Reed continued. “The opposition we hear to Speaker Pelosi’s government
expansion agenda is overwhelming. We have four months of work until the 29th District once again has a voice in the
